I don’t care who you are; neglect of the Rules of Firearm Safety and Bad Marksmanship lead to bad outcomes. The officer who injured this child has since been fired and charged, and thankfully the 9-year-old girl is going to be fine. Let’s learn the lessons so we don’t repeat the errors.
