Oliver Kei is allergic to the sun. The boy was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called xeroderma pigmentosum when he was 18 months old. As a result, Oliver wears a thick plastic visor and gloves when he goes outside in the sun. Without them, Oliver’s skin will tan and freckle, which may turn into skin cancer.
