Oliver Garza-Pena was shopping with his mom at their local Target in Arizona when he stopped in his tracks to look at an ad. The image featured a little boy in a wheelchair just like his, and it captivated his attention. His mom, Demi, told InsideEdition.com it was inspiring for her, too. “It’s a moment that every parent wants to see: their child being included and happy and feel like they are everybody else and not different,” she said. The image has since inspired people around the world.
