Chicken meets ice cream? The Blue Chicken, a food stand by 21-year-old Aaron Ratner, is selling out at Smorgasburg. Its main product is a twist on the classic chicken and waffles, with fried chicken served inside a blue waffle cone, colored as homage to Ratner’s alma mater, the University of Delaware. The open-air market, dubbed the largest in the United States, welcomes 20,000 to 30,000 patrons to Brooklyn, New York, every weekend.
