An officer from the Warren Police Department made an extremely lucky traffic stop last Wednesday when he pulled over a Camaro. The officer found a choking baby inside the car and the child’s frantic mother and uncle trying to rush the infant to find medical care. The officer pulled the child from the car and rendered aid, saving the infant until further healthcare could be administered.
