In 1993, Anna Nicole Smith was plucked from obscurity and became the face of Guess jeans and was named a Playboy Playmate. Smith, who was touted for her voluptuous figure and resemblance to Marilyn Monroe, became an overnight sensation. During her rise, she spoke to Inside Edition about how she came from a small Texas town to then capture America’s attention. Smith died in February 2007 of a drug overdose.
