Jason Esterhuizen lost his sight after a car accident seven years ago. Now a tiny device implanted in his brain is helping him regain some sense of sight. Called the Orion, the device helps Esterhuizen see patterns of light. Now, Esterhuizen can cross the street and sort his laundry with confidence. “I still can’t put it into words,” Esterhuizen said.
